I suspect it does have something to do with the Microsoft BT given the above response of someone else with the same, but it is still PDVDs fault IMO-why is it accepting BT "commands" from mouse pointer movement signals and why is there no option to ignore or disable such commands in the program, to prevent this problem? The only thing that's there is the function of the scroll wheel, which I already changed to volume instead of chapter search so I elminated the possibility of slight movement of the scroller causing it (plus the volume doesn't change with mouse movement with it set like that either). The process known as PowerDVD RC Service belongs to software CyberLink PowerDVD (version 10) or CyberLink or ASUSDVD or Lenovo PowerDVD10 or LG CyberLink PowerDVD by CyberLink (Description: PDVD10Serv.exe is not essential for Windows and will often cause problems. Hmm that's a good question but the answer is actually a yes, no evidence of weird mouse-related behaviour anywhere else. I was trying to not do that considering people's complaints about it but I don't really need playback from the HDD anyway so maybe it's worth a shot. I'll try the disc cleaning but I don't have that much hope that it will help. Cyberlink PowerDVD is a media player developed to play Blu-ray and digital video discs (DVDs) for the Windows platform. As soon as I did that, a few moments later it just chapter "plused" again and went back to the menu screen (as the movie was over). Cyberlink PowerDVD is a media playback application.

Yesterday I was able to play Blood Diamond all the way through without it happening except once at the beginning (when I first started playback) and then at the end where the credits were rolling and I'd used the mouse again to change full screen back into a window.
Two is that it seems that it happens shortly after I "do" anything with the player (or at the same time) meaning if I switch audio tracks, or skip forward/back or pause myself and then play again it occurs shortly afterwards. Once that is off it seems to happen a lot less.

One is that if I have the "show information" window displayed, it seems to happen all the time. has built: 7f05ccb2-0ec5-4475-bf5a-04b59c72ff7b.exe, PowerDVD AbnetInputManager.exe, PowerDVD RC Service admmsn.exe. The discs are brand new but I've heard of something similar before here, even with brand new Blu-rays.
Hmm thanks I will try that and see what happens.
